much thanks to @gary_host_laptop for the logo design :)
Also the reason I pay the €3 monthly fee covering 2 laptops, 3 tablets and 2 phones. Worth it imho.
It consistently drops 20 - 25% of DNS requests.
I pay 2.49$ monthly for VPS. 1 Ryzen core and 1 GB of RAM. Selfhosting wireguard and pihole there.
I hope to get there one day (being able to DIY) but so much to learn (in the middle of getting away from MS, Google and migrating to NextCloud, Linux, Yunohost etc.)
It's not as complicated as it sounds. Mostly, it's just a matter of following the instructions.
What instructions or guides do you recommend?
Firstly get access to ssh console of your server. Then use this script to install wireguard. Then use this command to install pi-hole. These scripts definitely work on Debian and Ubuntu, I haven't tested other systems.
You can get a VPS for 3$ and get PiHole or Adguard Home. Not only is it more private but also there are no limitations.
I would ask their support team that question.
I'm pretty sure it's 300,000 per account shared between devices.
As the other guy said, ask their support for an authoritive answer
