eh... anyone can be "radicalized" by anything. is anyone suing Mecca when islamic fundamentalists jihad someone/something? is anyone suing the Catholic church because of christian fundamentalists doing the same thing?

holding tech companies liable because some crazy dumbshit did a bad thing is disingenuous at best. Judge's ruling isnt going to stand.

Judge hasn't ruled yet, this was just them saying the case has some merit and won't be dismissed. This will go to trial, after which the judge will make their ruling.
