They are called "helicopters" and have existed for a while.
Helicopters usually don't have wheels and they can't drive at 65 mph on the ground
Why would you want to drive on the ground? It's a helicopter.
Because flying consumes 10x the fuel.
Isn't flying the whole point though?
Idk I don't think it's the only point
because they don't need to... but it would be trivial to add wheels if you really need them.
