Awful lot of pro Saudi videos being posted, and strongly and quickly up voted right now.

The news and videos are either factual or not. If you have counter sources please share them. There’s nothing nefarious or rule-breaking about what I have shared.

Complete with whataboutism in the comments!

Not sure what this means.

Not saying these aren’t steps in the right direction, but green washing is something that should raise eyebrows.

Greenwashing is something more accurately should be directed at the US and the developed world. Saudi Arabia both historically and present is a negligible CO2 emitter.

Saudi Arabia is the third largest oil producer on the planet, though often they are second. So no, they're CO2 production is not negligible, they just export it, and that's worse IMO

So you'd agree that Saudi Arabia transitioning away is a good thing, and so is selling less of it. Yet... the number one producer threatens us if we ever reduce production. https://www.cnbc.com/2022/10/12/biden-threatens-consequences-for-saudi-arabia-after-opec-cut.html
