It’s not the same for everyone, but for some there is a relief in not making any decisions for themselves. It definitely doesn’t appeal to me in either role.

Ah ok, like (not everyone) they spend so much time having to do everything and be leaders that they need to compensate by someone (sexually) taking the reins
