Yep, that's why it's so important that people who produce value shouldn't be able to retain it! Silly employees.

Right? What the hell is this article?? "Employees are so well compensated they're lazy". I guess we should stop paying CEOs so much money then. That'll only make them lazy after all. Wouldn't want our CEOs to be lazy now would we?
