Every company discriminates. That's what companies do. They only want the best and the brightest. Well, when the best and brightest only come from the most expensive schools and the most rich neighborhoods (meaning white men) how do you think that turns out? The problem is that we don't lift up disadvantaged populations

Because it’s against the law?
Yes, it's illegal. And it should be stopped. But my larger point is that it won't stop by just making it illegal. Companies will continue to do this while it is in their best interest to do so
