I’m about to cancel comcast. They always find ways to sneakily increase the price. The real issue for me though is it has become so unreliable. I work from home and cannot tolerate the regular outages during business hours.
I'd google it but most of my outages were related to the god awful modem my service provider included in the plan, I bought my own and issues have reduced drastically.
I have my own modem. Also, I check their service outage tool and it’s them not me.
Dang, that sucks. I hate Comcast as much as the next guy, but I do have to say, I've only ever had bad service (connection) maybe on three occasions over the last 20 years.
