I'm not expecting it to be a long term authorized practice to have community notes on ads, given how much ads are a crucial part to the financing of the platform... It just feels like biting the hand that feeds you would be a bad idea.
You'd think that, but that's pretty much what X has been doing all along..
Elon is all about making decisions that have driven down engagement, angered advertisers, and winnowed down the user base. So I’d be surprised if Twitter doesn’t go right on allowing this.
