I'm told that Israel may have violated the normal Geneva convention once or twice already (or more). If you believe the ICJ, anyway.
What will another Geneva convention do if the first one carries no penalty for violation?
Prevent other countries that aren't batshit crazy from using AI to murder people.
War crimes do help to reduce suffering, even if some countries blatently abuse it.
There's a warrant out for the arrest of Bibi for his war crimes. Duterte just got arrested and shipped to The Hague for his war crimes.
Laws dont exist to eliminate crimes from happening. But they do reduce the number of victims.
