You can block posts by keywords, including Elon musk if you like
Ex. Voyager, settings, filters and blocks, add a filter keyword
sadly that's an app-specific setting. if you use a different app or choose to access Lemmy via browser, your keywords won't apply.
lemm.ee##div.post-listing:has(span:has-text("/elon/i"))
Put that into your uBlock Origin filters and change the instance to that of your own. Just keep in mind that this applies to usernames too.
Most frontends offer similar features. Try phtn.app
This looks like a nice web interface like Voyager. I hate it when you are forced to install an app to use what's literally capable within a modern web browser
You don't need to install Voyager either. You can use it as a PWA.
huh. I did not understand any of that
PWA = Progressive web app. Essentially websites that act like apps on your phone. Not sure what kinda device or browser you're using but if you navigate to the page, then hit the menu button, there should be something along the lines of "add to home screen" or "install site as app".
Happy cake day!
All that did was create a shortcut to the site...
No, it has pretty much all the functionality of an app.
