I’ve seriously shaved off an hour or two on average of screen time on my phone since I left Reddit. Now I keep dead scrolling to a minimum. Feels positively exquisite.

I haven't. I've actually become increasingly desperate searching for ways to waste time on my phone. What else am I going to do, work?

You could try to find a hobby. I used to doomscroll for hours until I found a hobby I'm interested in.
