You might want to block this instance if you don't want your users to have to constantly argue their own existence. At least you might want to hesitate/silence the instance to prevent their debatebros from randomly slipping in your replies. Just my take.
While a trans and queer friendly instance, they are an instance with lax moderation standards and has been known to spam the fediblock tag. They also federate with a number of problematic instances i.e. disqordia and shitposter club that regularly engage in anti-black behavior.
Here is an admin reposting a post from the top admin of shitpost.cloud, a racist fedi instance in which that admin uses hate websites like rdrama and kiwifarms:
The said worm pink admin who reposted that post had Marsey The Cat, rdrama's mascot, in their username and bio.
I would still recommend NOT defederating unless you have very strict rules. They tend to reclaim slurs like all minority groups and are a bit edgy and trollish at times, but they are a very trans and queer friendly space.
