Don't even bother if you don't need it, don't. These are two of the hardest languages to learn and there is no actual return of investment.
I think watching YouTube videos would however help at first.
I thought that was Icelandic
There is no "hardest" language.
It all depends on a lot of stuff but one very important part is what language you already speak.
Learning Germanic languages like Icelandic is easier if you speak a Germanic language like English and especially one of the Nordic languages.
Learning languages that are not related to your own language is usually harder.
