I feel like the kind of person who would buy a car through Amazon is also the kind of person who doesn't leave their house in the first place.
Or someone who doesn’t support the lengthy and exhausting process of buying a car from a dealership and having to negotiate a price.
Do you think the cars on amazon will be cheaper than sticker price and save you the negotiation?
No, they don't have to be cheaper. In fact, I'd be willing to spend a bit more than I had to just to not deal with negotiation bullshit
If you think Amazon adding itself as a middleman and taking a cut helps you then you're pretty dim.
Edit: get mad if you want, doesn't change the fact that it adds complexity and cost and the dealer will still do what dealers do with lying and upselling regardless.
It would allow for more price transparency, wouldn't it ?
