Use Aegis, which is also available on F-Droid.

Aegis over authy. Why yes? I'm thinking about switching but is painful so I'm looking for good reasons

In Aegis I can see an option for importing from Authy, but I looked up and I didn't a way to easily export from there. I guess that's what we get for using proprietary software. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was curious because I'm still trying to switch everything from closed to open source and I still have a lot to change

Does Aegis have an export option? I wouldn't think any of these apps would allow export for security reasons

It does support both insecure plain text exports and encrypted exports. I use it to backup my tokens and transfer them between my computers as well.
