Should have asked the Swiss, they probably know how to drill holes in rocks. Don't need a startup for that...
Don't ask Sweden, Hallandsås tunnel (8.7km) took 23 years and a lot of dead cows to complete. Turned out that the sealant Rhoca-Gil wasn't compatible with livestock.
