I am wary of people using an unspecified "politics tho" like this. More than once the """PoLiTiCs""" they meant were LGBTQIA+ people simply existing.
Honestly I never got why LGBT+ is even a political thing. It’s just basic human rights. But probably my opinion will be seen as politics by some.
That was my point. It's NOT political. The right is just using their existence as a scape goat.
Everything is political. This is why human rights get attacked by politicians.
If there are two or more people, there are politics. I agree with the idea that people who decry ‘politics’ often have disgusting ideas and beliefs. Its a malignant form of privilege to pretend to be able to ignore politics. It’s either that or they are just a little dim and don’t feel they can keep up in a conversation.
Talking about Trump on every other thread has nothing to do with politics either, I assume?
