Nope, get it on every version of Windows 11 that I work with. You're supposed to use your mouse to slide it down on those. Crazy, huh?
Talaraine
Hilariously accurate, especially in modern Window's systems. Like, you press it and it covers your screen with a 'slide this to shut down', which if we could do that, we probably wouldn't be using the button.
Instead of a 5 second press and done it's become more like a 20 second struggle to tell the PC you really mean it!
It all depends on the dosage. Remember, suppressing the immune system means that you are reducing inflammation, which in aging is a huge component.
As the dosing regimen hasn't been nailed down, you can absolutely overdo this and cause problems, but currently a low to medium dose only once a week, not once a day, is the regimen.
Bittorrent is a file sharing protocol, which isn't inherently dangerous. The 'torrent' contains the information that's being passed around to allow connectivity to that particular file. This is also not inherently dangerous as that information is very specific and limited... and doesn't allow any other user to browse the rest of your computer.
What may be dangerous is downloading a file that contains malware or viruses via a torrent. Use reputable sites and keep your security software up to date. Better yet, use a different computer for this activity with a vpn.
Sooo.... is Meta going to scrub all that information from their system or did Texas just basically 'sell' our info to them for 1.4 billion?
Invincible.
This was way back but had a basic support call for someone who couldn't get their mouse to work.
After speaking with them for over ten minutes and just being generally confused I cut to the chase and asked, "Ma'am, what are you doing with your mouse right now?"
The answer? She was moving the mouse around on the monitor.
I'd love to see more funny video communities. (Bad drivers, epic fails, etc) I know it's basic, apologies. Sometimes I just need to laugh.
lmao just bought one of these last week! Glad the fix is already out.
And no, I didn't buy it for its looks xD It's actually a decent router that does additional things I needed.
I've seen this over and over in corporate environments.
Suit A has a terrible idea but enough fawning bootlickers to get the process moving.
Worker A, an employee, knows this is a terrible idea but doesn't say anything because they wanna keep their job.
Contractor B, obv a contractor, is there to make money and hopefully turn their stint into something more, so they speak up. And get canned.
What is it about Suits that they can't listen to literally anyone but their own echo chambers? Oh yeah, they're angling to jump into a bigger echo chamber. The 1%.
I've experienced the same thing on a beefy Synology NAS when watching in my own home network. Methinks Plex needs some work.
