Yes, for an educational achievement.
Get at least 8 hours sleep. Note that this means “sleep” and not “8 hours in bed” so if you read or do other activities in bed, add extra time for that stuff. I usually give extra time for my brain to stop running a mile a minute
Go to bed at the same time every night. Wake up at the same time every morning. Avoid caffeine. Caffeine can cause sleep disruptions you may not notice, even if consumed early in the day.
Get tested for sleep apnea.
If I had to watch ads, I would not use youtube. Period.

No we didn’t. I happily left reddit the day Apollo stopped. They also lost my premium subscription.
I also stopped Twitter when musk took over. I use Bluesky or Mastodon and find both platforms to be superior.
Sure, some folks may have, but many of us have not. Does that matter to Reddit? probably not. Do I care? not really.
Modern Reddit is unusable, and old reddit isn’t mobile friendly.
No, it is completely misleading because:

Any developer not using a third party app store will also not be affected.

You can still build free apps and literally nothing changes assuming you use Apple’s app store.
Like I said, it is a shit policy, but for nearly all developers nothing changes.
The video’s thumbnail said Apple is killing free apps. That is a complete lie. There is not an ounce of truth to it.
Nobody said this is a great policy. I was just pointing out the garbage level reporting of it by folks like the author.
In other words, if they actually didn’t care they would not have bothered to make a statement at all.
Keep in mind that Apple is a **competitor ** to netflix.
