Oh but I'm not saying this out of selfishness, the problem for me is not the cancer cure in itself, but who is doing the research..

  • the experiments on monkeys were questionable in method and nature, and led to death and madness;
  • the other chip installed in a human has already lost the majority of connection wires;
    and not to forget, it's not been specified how the public giving the ideas, would benefit from it. Musk is not exactly known as the phylanthropic kind.

On the bright side, it's Chinese hard/software, so an ED-209 outcome is very probable, and highly anticipated.

How dare you! China doesn't copy, it just takes others' ideas and improve them! sometimes.

In this case I'd say it's more of a "I'd need a bookcase specifically for that 1000+ manga"

On another note, as is said here https://lemmy.world/comment/10316824 some devices clears the rom when the battery is removed, effectively making the battery's life, the device's life. THIS is true asshole design.
EDIT uhm, didn't see this was an old thread.

What?! Some sites have been going the route of buying without an account for some time now.. I hope people going "Hell nah" will make them rethink or shut down.

Also failed to understand that those are ~~ad~~ spam posts, so they're not from&for Lemmy operators, but sketchy medicines sellers, etc.

Motorola G73. Fits well with my needs (no mobile gaming, not a lot of social media), good battery, great screen even if it's not amoled. Got it under 200€, a good deal IMO. Little regrets learning, afterward, that Motorola now is Lenovo and is supposedly hard to root/change rom, will have to research.

Why should we? What's in it for us?

[–] [email protected] 7 points 5 months ago

It makes sense for the pawn:"But it's right here! Why shouldn't I kill it?!"

Disqualified.

Why?
